These terms apply to the Next Useful website and to the posts published on the Instagram account @nextuseful. Next Useful is run by Michal Chovaňák, contact: nextusefulai@gmail.com.
What we publish
Next Useful explains AI news, tools, creations and research for a general audience. Our posts are general information and commentary. They are not professional, legal, financial, medical or investment advice. We work from original sources and correct mistakes when we find them, but we cannot guarantee that every statement is complete or still current.
Other people's work
Many posts show work made by others, such as videos, screenshots, products and research figures. It stays the property of its makers, whom we credit in the post. Product names and logos belong to their owners and identify the subject; their use does not mean sponsorship or endorsement. If you made something we show and want a credit corrected or the material removed, write to nextusefulai@gmail.com with a link to the post. We answer promptly.
Our content
Our texts, layouts and graphics belong to Next Useful. You are welcome to share our posts through Instagram's own sharing features and to link to them. Please do not republish them elsewhere as your own.
AI tools
We use AI tools to help research and prepare posts. A person on our team reviews and approves every post before it is published. Images generated with AI are labelled as such.
Comments
Comments on our posts are public on Instagram and subject to Instagram's terms. We may hide or report comments that are spam, abusive or unlawful. How we handle comment data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Links
We link to other websites and tools. We are not responsible for their content, availability or terms.
Liability
We provide the website and our posts as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that result from relying on them. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. We may update them and will change the date at the top when we do.
